Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. Automated decision making
HiLeads.ai makes decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programs or systems, without a human being involved (for example an employee of HiLeads.ai).
Why HiLeads.ai uses automated decision making
HiLeads.ai uses a system that automatically registers your company in our administration. The link that the system creates is a link based on the data entered in the form.
Underlying logic
In order to propose the best possible connection for a product or service, the system uses the entered data to make geographical decisions and decisions based on request size.

An automatic system is necessary because manually processing registrations is time-consuming and error-prone.
How long we keep personal data
